Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day.
Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

Customs & Duty

Shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Returns

 

You have 14 days from the arrival date of your package to return your purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must been its original condition, including its original packaging and label attached. It should be undamaged, unworn, and accompanied by all accessories. 

 

For all returns please email info@jordanluca.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Please note that all JordanLuca underwear is nonreturnable due to hygeine reasons.

 

 

Refunds

 

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
